Banners, Instagram squares, eye-catching promo images, infographics and more! We all can’t be amazing graphic designers, but we can improvise with a little online help.
Saturday April 28, 2018 the Baltimore Association of Black Journalists will share best practices, tips and tricks for creating provocative images using Canva.com. The event will be held noon – 2p.m. at Civic Works’ Clifton Mansion located at 2701 St. Lo Dr, Baltimore, MD 21213
Canva-holics Nicki Mayo and Benét J. Wilson will lead attendees on an interactive “Ask Me Anything” workshop to demonstrate how to use the online design application.
This event is free to the public. Attendees are asked to sign up for Canva.com prior to arriving. (It’s free). Also bring your laptops to try out the various tips and techniques.
Free WiFi and lunch will be provided.
