The National Association of Black Journalists has named Baltimore’s April Ryan the 2017 NABJ Journalist of the Year. The veteran White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks and CNN political analyst will be honored formally in August at the NABJ national convention in New Orleans. Before she heads to “The Big Easy” we want to give April a “Charm City” celebration.
