The Baltimore Association of Black Journalists joined with the Society of Professional Journalists – Maryland Professional Chapter and the Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia Press Association (MDDC) for a joint event entitled “Picturing Protest” Thursday October 15th at 7:30 p.m. It was a look at how various local news organizations covered the Freddie Gray death, unrest, protests and trails around Baltimore. Members of all three organizations packed the penthouse at WBAL TV/Radio 3800 Hooper Ave, Baltimore, Maryland 21211.
