Technology Contributor to NBC’s Today Show and CNN Mario Armstrong shared ways to build personal media brands and tech trends for 2014 at the Jan. 18 meeting of the Baltimore Association of Black Journalists.
The Baltimore native was the featured speaker at the association’s first meeting of the year which took place at Morgan State University’s School of Global Journalism and Communications.
Armstrong shared how he began his path towards being the digital lifestyle expert – beginning with buying time on Annapolis radio station WBIS – plus lessons he learned along the way.
Armstrong issued a 21-day challenge to the audience and to those watching the stream through NABJ Digital; encouraging everyone to find ways to build upon their digital brand.
